MMSA Discount: $50
Middle School Faith Formation: $100
Confirmation Year 1: $200 (includes overnight retreat)

Maternity of Mary offers a Family Formation program for those who wish to receive the Sacraments and continue their religious education. All are welcome to enroll in Family Formation and/or come to the parish gatherings and speakers.
Family Formation is a family-based catechetical program for families with children in preschool through Grade 6 with an adult formation component.
We have a parish gathering once a month where parents are expected to attend a formation session that usually includes social time, a speaker and individual prayer time. While the parents are in their session, catechists from the parish teach the children about a specific topic and lesson pertaining to the monthly take home lessons. The parents receive 'home lessons' for them to teach their children throughout the month.
